Seth Adu-Baah is an astute business executive with 16 years cross-territory cross-functional experience with core competence in strategic management, production operations, finance and accounting, tax administration and advisory, supply chain management, leadership and people management. Seth Adu-Baah have worked in Ghana, Gambia, Sierra Leone and Liberia.

Over the past 7 years he has been at the helm of affairs as Country Manager for the Equatorial Coca-Cola Bottling Company (ECCBC) operations in The Gambia (February 2009 to September 2010) and Liberia (October 2010 to date). In this capacity, He has oversight responsibility for formulating strategy to achieve growth targets in terms of volume, profitability, and return on investment, cash flow and capital expenditure.

Through my excellent leadership, teamwork, resilience, strategic and customer-centric approach to business, he has been able to lead his teams to design and execute programs that brought high levels of efficiencies and overall business effectiveness with significant impact.
