Fahnseth B. Mulbah has a Bsc. in Mining Engineering, from the University of Liberia and a Msc. in Engineering Management from the University of Newcastle in Australia. He is a Liberian by birth.  His current position is Inspector Generator for Mines, at Ministry of Lands, Mines & Energy Republic of Liberia.
